Looking Back at Welding & Fabrication 2016-2017

Welcome back to the Grind. Over the last couple of weeks, we have started to lose our seniors. Serena & Earlville seniors have already left and with this week many more seem to be dropping like flies. I’m even coming close myself, as I am spending my last day here at IVVC, writing this article.

I will definitely miss this class. These guys were like brothers to me this last school year and that is something you can’t trade for anything. I’m definitely grateful for all the opportunities I received while at IVVC and so grateful for the amazing guys I got to meet & work with. I surely won’t forget them anytime soon.

In other news we’ve finished our “passion” projects and boy oh boy! Do they look awesome! A lot of the guys did some great work on their cars and trucks. It was a great way for the guys to show off their creativity.

But as the year winds down we all have taken on personal projects for fun and just enjoying each other’s time. For the rest of the seniors, we wish them good luck in their future endeavors and as for the juniors; we wish you well over the summer & hope you have success next school year.
