Hello, welcome to Auto Technology 2017-2018! We are excited to start a new year. We have a large crop of first-year students that are working on SP2 Safety Training, Lift Safety, Fire Safety, and will soon be starting in the shop with oil changes. We have a strong second-year class returning with a lot of experience under their belt.

Some exciting projects this year we will be working on include a 1965 Mercury Comet, a ground-up restoration, Hot Rodders of Tomorrow engine competition and Waubonsee Community College competition.

We are very excited to introduce a new instructor, Mr. Dave Vincent, with over 30 years of auto and heavy duty truck experience. We also welcome returning instructors Mr. Jim Rorie and Mr. Dale Nelson. We are more than ready to see what our class of over 80 students can achieve this year!
