Welcome to IVVC Graphic Design. Today you’re gonna get an inside exclusive look at how awesome graphic design is. From the students to the teacher you’ll feel like you’re really in graphics or wish to be. Being in this class for the last couple of months has improved my skills, and advanced my teamwork.

The first couple of days I was in the class is where I will start…in the the first half hour, I had already gained four friends and a teacher who was so totally excited about this year's class, it made me excited and forget about being anxious. The assignments that we got didn't feel like work because it was enjoyable to do, and we had a week to do them. We started off being able to do the assignments by hand. As we went along we started getting on the computers more and learning about all the things we could do. In all honesty I had no idea how to use anything on the computer, graphic design-wise. By the end of the year I feel like I will be able to whiz through the “tough” assignments that we are doing now.

On to those who joined graphics, I was surprised at how many kids are in graphics, just in the A.M. class alone there are 25 kids. Everyone in here is creative and inspirational, watching everyone open up was an amazement. Every day coming to class it's been nothing but good vibes, merry faces, and the feels of inspiration. Everyone in this class has so many good ideas and skills there's always a surprise with what the students bring in as a finished project. One of the first projects we did was color theory. We had to demonstrate that we understood color theory.

Pictured are only some of the end products. Amazing...right? Imagine these people with actual jobs. They would go up and beyond what's asked of them. One day you could be one of those people making inspirational work. To be completely honest, I can’t wait to see how the rest of the year goes. I really hope to see some more truly inspired pieces of art, and a lot of crazy ideas behind it.
