Hospitality Management

This program encompasses all facets of hotel management and the hospitality industry. Areas of study include facilities management, finance, food services, building security, housekeeping, marketing and tourism, event planning, and the legal aspects of the hospitality industry. In addition to classroom information and discussion, students will gain hands-on experiences at Timber Creek Inn & Suites, 3300 Drew Avenue, located near IVVC in Sandwich.
