Applying Knowledge to Real Car Mechanisms
In Auto Tech 1, we have learned the basics such as how to wash a car, how to change tires, and how to check fluids. This isn't all we have learned, we have also learned more advanced procedures, like changing brakes, bleeding brakes, replacing brake lines, and we are currently learning the complex part of a car: the electrical. We have been taught some of the basics, and now we are applying it to real car mechanisms.
I would recommend this class to anyone who knows they want to work in automotive, to someone who doesn't know what they want to do, and anyone who has a car they want to take care of. This is not a class to take if you want to slack off; we are always either active in the shop, or learning in the classroom.
