Culinary Students Team up to Learn Life Skills
Culinary Arts is a great program to learn about all types of tasty dishes. My name is Jacqueline Hernandez, a second year from Sandwich High school.
I have always been intrigued in learning how the food we eat is made. My favorite part about class is working with all types of personalities and working as a team! Every week we try different recipes and end up loving the final product. My favorite unit by far is the pasta unit because pasta can be made in a variety of ways that are all so delicious! Cooking is a great way to express delicious ideas and is an important life skill.
