Administrative Professionals Luncheon
To celebrate Administrative Professionals Day, the Culinary Arts students recently hosted a luncheon on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 for all of the administrative professionals from our 11 school districts. There was a great turnout and everyone dined on salads - tuna, chicken and egg - served on a bed of lettuce, fresh fruit, warm rolls and two delicious desserts - lucky mint pie and oreo chocolate cheesecake.
The Culinary Arts students did a wonderful job of setting up the room, preparing and serving the meal.
A special thank you to Mrs. Lawyer for coordinating and overseeing the entire luncheon. A heartfelt thanks also goes out to Mrs. Wolf and Mrs. Rott for all of their input on the "Retro" theme, taking pictures and helping with the game and gifts for each attendee.
The Graphics Communications class designed the "Welcome" board, Mrs. Pieper provided a 1945 booklet on "How to be a Super Secretary" (which inspired the theme) and Mr. Pieper warmly welcomed all of the guests.
