An Italian Theme Kicks Off the Annual Administrative Professionals Luncheon
IVVC’s Annual Administrative Professionals Luncheon was held on Thursday, April 12, 2012. The Culinary Arts students went to a lot of work to prepare and serve the 37 attendees from ten of our eleven school districts. The first course was a Citrus Salad with bacon and red onion. The main entrée was Artichoke Spinach Lasagna, accompanied by Garlic Cheese Flatbread. Spumoni ice cream and Louisiana Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars finished off the tasty meal. The edible fruit centerpieces were artfully arranged by the students and attractively displayed on each table.
A special thank you goes out to Mrs. Lawyer, the Culinary Arts instructor, and her students for the delicious meal and to all of the Administrative Assistants who were able to attend. Please take a moment to view the snapshots in the slide show below.
